Trimethylolpropane Esters give the final products several benefits and are often used in lubricating oil formulations, promoting less tool wear and better finish on machined parts.
Having low volatility and high thermal stability, the Trimethylolpropane Esters are resistant to high temperatures and can be applied in lubricants that operate at high temperatures and speeds. These characteristics allow its use as a base for flame resistant hydraulic fluids and as a substitute for lubricants based in mineral oils. Can also be used in soluble cutting oils, machining fluids, chain oil, gear oil, and greases.
In our portfolio, we have two families of Trimethylolpropane Esters, one being vegetable-based and the other animal-based. The vegetable-based esters stand out for being produced from sustainable raw materials, while the animal-based esters stand out for their high lubricity, both substituting petroleum-based lubricants with advantages, in addition to being non-toxic.
What differentiates our Trimethylolpropane Esters are their viscosity ranges. Classified and available in three types, they come in low, medium and high viscosity versions.
