Designed to make the use of inputs for the fabrication of metalworking fluids easier and safer to use, Miracema-Nuodex has made available two novel products in the market: Liovac® 351 and 352, concentrated packages for formulation of semi- synthetic and synthetic fluid, developed for lubrication of the processes that involve working with metals.
Details of the product introductions
Liovac® 351: Concentrated Package for the Formulation of Semi-Synthetic Metalworking Fluid: translucent micro-emulsion, that is less subject to bacteria attacks, presenting a much greater useful life than soluble mineral oil emulsions. The use of Liovac® 351 in cutting operations increases the useful life of the tool and ensures excellent finishing of the machine tooled piece. In more concentrated solutions, Liovac® 351 offers excellent adhesion power, forming a highly resistant film for metal conforming operations.
Liovac® 352: Concentrated Package for the Formulation of Synthetic Fluid for Moderate Metal Milling. A clean, stable, transparent, long shelf life solution. This solution is notable for its excellent cooling capacity, because it contains moist agents that guarantee efficient dispersion over a metallic surface, as well as excellent anti-corrosive characteristics, which improves the surface finishing. Due to the components that are used in its formulation, it produces fewer vapors during the milling operation and has low foam generation at the entrance to the return pump filters. Thanks to the controlled power of the lubrication, it does not clog up the grindstone pores, guaranteeing effective reboring operations. |
