In order to remain up-to-date regarding market trends and requirements, the Miracema-Nuodex sales team organizes an annual meeting of its sales representatives to plan actions for the forthcoming years.
The 2008 Convention took place over a three-day period. The team had access to important information regarding the company’s results and goals, and participated in the preparation of market forecasts and general analyses in each region of Brazil.
Training by a specialized Human Resources consultancy also was part of the meeting agenda, designed to stimulate greater team cohesion and spirit of initiative.
Some 34 persons attended the event, including 11 sales representatives, the in-house sales team and company officers Dr. Otto, André and Stefan Rohr. |
