The 8th Spring Ecological Walk was held on September 29, in the Maanaim camp in Swiss Park, Campinas.

The full program was carefully planned, designed to bring together Miracema-Nuodex’s employees and their families. A total of 125 people participated in the event, including staff and family, with a nurse, physical education team, massage therapists and other service providers in attendance.

The focus was to encourage health and wellness activities, with the distribution to the participants of floor mats laid out around the gardens to enjoy the sun and relax, for stretching exercises, a quick massage and the traditional 3-km outdoor walk itself, attracting all in the group. Parent-child games (Spider Web and Sponge Race) were also put on and a delicious breakfast buffet was subsequently served. At the conclusion of the activities, there was a gift drawing for items like a pair of headphones, a smartphone, smart TV and more.

It was a relaxed atmosphere, with lots of laughs and a heap of fun!
