Today, after a long career of tough battles and major victories heading up Miracema-Nuodex, Otto Rohr has decided to step down from his position as the President and CEO of the company, although he will remain active as Lifetime Chairman of the Board of the Council of Partners. Executive management of the operations of this successful business will be given to his sons, André and Stefan Rohr. The two have been introduced into the company’s life and operations — André as a chemical engineer in 1993 and Stefan as a mechanical production engineer in 1997 - and gradually assumed positions in the company, preparing for a future succession. Now, after this preparation, they have taken over executive control, with the mission of building on Dr. Otto’s accomplishments, ensuring that Miracema-Nuodex remains one Brazil’s leading chemical companies. |
