Castor oil fatty acid dehydrated and distilled through the “thin-film” process guarantee a light color product with excellent drying features, used mainly to manufacture alquidic resins. This occurs due to the presence of double conjugated connections that are more effective than non-conjugated ones in the oxidative drying process.

These double connections create a system of resonance that results in superior reactivity, speeding up the oxidative process.
